Telemedicine
Please see below video instructions on how to use the portal for telemedicine on your computer or your smartphone.
How to access telemedicine from your computer
1. Go to Hillcrest Internal Website
2. Select "patient portal" on mid page
3. Enter username and password provided by our staff or in your email.
4. Walk through the steps (asking for your permission, name, date of birth, etc)
5. Look at the appointments listed on the left and select the appropriate visit to "start televisit" (if you don't see your appropriate time, select "see all visits"
6. Check your blood pressure and weight before the appointments
How to access telemedicine from your smartphone
1. Go to www.hillcrestinternal.com on your smartphone
2. Select "patient portal" on mid page
3. Select the appropriate store to download app. Iphones use "apple store", other smart phones use "google play store"
4. Download "HEALOW" app
5. Find provider by entering the PRACTICE CODE: AEAABA
6. Select "hillcrest internal medicine" as your provider
7. Enter username and password (given to you by the office stay or in your email)
8. Then agree to the terms and enter your name, date of birth, etc.
9. Follow directions on the phone to get access to a home page.
10. Find appointments and select "start televisit" on your visit.
11. Check your blood pressure and weight before the appointments
